Please note that we only deliver to mainland UK.

If you are living outside of the UK mainland and/or your delivery address is not UK-based, we ask that you please do not place an order with us.  Should you try to proceed with your order, either your credit card will be declined or else if your payment does go through it will be refunded to you minus an administration charge of 15%.


If, in the unlikely event you find that your product is damaged or faulty, you can return it within 14 days for a replacement product. We will refund your postage. Should you wish a refund for a faulty product instead of a replacement, this can also be arranged. Please email us at customerservice@inspiremetoys.co.uk before sending back any faulty product - this way we can provide you with our dedicated returns address.
